About Dr. Cooper

Dr. Cooper holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering and is responsible for over 50 patents/papers in a wide breadth of STEM fields including nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, environmental management, data science, robotics, and biotechnology. Dr. Cooper has experience in corporate, private business and academic environments managing over 70 direct reports and P&Ls up to $16M/year. Prior to joining IRSC, Dr. Cooper successfully launched a large-scale corporate spinoff and a small-scale startup company. At IRSC, Dr. Cooper serves as an Academic Dean and PI of multiple grants having brought over $26M of grant funding and $3M of private funding to IRSC in first his 10 years.
